| Moving Offices |
An established business in Nottingham was ready to move offices. Ulysses had been providing the on-going IT support for several years, but when they wanted to investigate the practicalities of moving, they took their Ulysses IT director along to assess new premises, and having decided on the best location, the Ulysses team project managed the full technology move: telephony, cabling, moving servers and workstations, ensuring that the business didn't lose a single trading day. Ulysses works weekends and evenings at the usual weekday tariff. Ulysses continues to provide weekly housekeeping support and rapid response to faults as required. |

| Stepping Out of the Group |
An accountancy firm in Ashby had decided to separate from a larger group of practices. Ulysses advised on additional hardware and software required, liaised with the group IT department, managed the transfer to the new setup, so that the company could close down on Friday as one identity and open on Monday morning as a new company. No hassles, and only one port of call. Ulysses continues to be the IT department for ongoing issues as the business develops. |
